We acquire 100% of the business and continue to be the custodian of the family-owned business. The seller enjoys retirement knowing the employees and the legacy they built are taken care of.

Learn moreWe collaborate with individuals (e.g., ex-corporate execs, burnt out physicians) or tenured employees who want to acquire businesses but lack the know-how of acquiring and running a business. We typically own a minority interest and assist with all back-office functions of the business.
